Director Will Lardner bring 20+ years of experience in the construction industry across Queensland and New South Wales to LUME Building Group.
Will’s passion for design, detail and construction creates a company that values both form and function in every project.
With a wealth of knowledge behind him, Will founded LUME to build more than just structures— he is here to create strong, transparent relationships where the client-builder connection is central to every success.
How LUME Began.

Details - Construction is full of details, and if missed the process can get thrown out with costs and timelines. Details are a big deal here at LUME, and we base all our trades around this aspect.

Will Lardner
Our team is led by Will Lardner who has over 20 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, working a variety of roles from Estimator through to site supervisor and Project Manager. Will has worked for large scale construction and property development companies such as Sunland Group Limited, where he helped to oversee the completion of 100-200 luxury homes and apartments per year, and more recently for Quid Property Group, with projects such as the iconic Aleia Palm Beach and Maiha Tugun.
These projects range from waterfront homes to large scale townhouse developments, to multi-storey residential apartment projects. With such an array of builds and project management under his belt and armed with an open builders license, Will felt the pull to create LUME; for himself and his family.
Will is a masterful problem solver and brings a passion and acute attention to detail to all his projects.
