Our Story.
Director Will Lardner brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry from Queensland and New South Wales to LUME Building Group. His passion for design and construction shines through in every project we take on, and wanted LUME to reflect thoughtfully designed spaces with a unique touch of Queensland architecture—whether it's new homes, renovations, or shop fit-outs.
With a wealth of knowledge under his belt and a frustration at the lack of transparency in the industry, Will knew it was time to bring LUME to life where client-builder relationships are at the forefront.

Director/Project Manager
Will Lardner
Our team is led by Will Lardner, who has over 20 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, working a variety of roles from Estimator through to site supervisor and Project Manager. Will has worked for large scale construction and property development companies such as Sunland Group, where he helped to oversee the completion of 100-200 luxury homes per year, and more recently for Quid Property Group, with projects such as the iconic Aleia Palm Beach and Maiha Tugun.
These projects range from waterfront homes to large scale townhouse developments, to multi-storey residential apartment projects. With such an array of builds and project management under his belt, Will felt the pull to create LUME, for himself and his family.
Will brings a passion and acute attention to detail to all his projects. He is also a masterful problem solver - he has been the go-to guy for friends and family as long as he can remember! Perfectly suited to the fast paced building life.
